Mostly a good experience but the dessert part seems super bizarre. And I can’t shake the feeling that it was to get rid of us because of the kids, both 5 & 6. I’m not sure if it’s a new thing at AVS to not have dessert on specific days which is what we were being told, but it was really surprising. Further, I noticed the enchilada sauce was red, but on the menu it mentioned "salsa verde". I was a little disappointed with my meal - I ordered the turkey enchiladas, which had sounded amazing when I reviewed the menu the day before! When I received my actual plate though, I noticed the cheese on top was of the pre-shredded variety and not fully melted. We really enjoyed out time here! The food was decent (albeit a little overpriced), and there were plenty of options for both our vegan and non-vegan diners.
